Browsing and the Finder
The site does not save your Finder answers, search queries, comparisons or exercise ticks. These stay in the current page and reset when you leave or reload. The site does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Questions, requests and optional download details
When you submit Ask Best4Me, your name, email address, request type, request text, reference ID and submission date are stored in the site’s private database.
Free downloads do not require personal information. If you choose “Download without sharing details”, Best4Me does not collect your name or email address. If you voluntarily choose to share your details, your name, email address, the resource you selected, reference ID and submission date are stored so Best4Me can follow up with relevant guidance, inform you when new information becomes available and understand what people need.
Details you voluntarily share are also sent to the Best4Me mailbox through FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service that may retain submissions temporarily under its own privacy practices. Submissions are not displayed publicly. Do not include sensitive personal, medical or financial information.
Access and hosting
The hosting service may process technical request information needed to provide access. This website does not provide its own user accounts. External resources have their own privacy practices.
Corrections and removal requests
Use Ask Best4Me, choose “Feedback or correction”, and include your request or download reference if you want an earlier submission removed. The reference helps the owner locate it. Do not send extra personal information.
This notice describes the current site functionality. The business owner’s legal identity, public contact details and retention policy still need to be supplied before a wider public launch.
